645D to have FX and DX modes?

Well I managed to play with a 645xK adapter today and I came to the conclusion that although DA lenses are thinner than MF mount it wouldn't fit. Only with future lenses would that result but maybe it's not worth the effort. So the idea of an adapter is not valid. But the 23x15 and 24x36 modes are.

The funny part is when someone mount a DA40/2,8 inside a 645D and can't get their fingers in between to remove it.

so does this mean 39mp (49mm x 36.7mm format as in the size of the Kodak sensor)
then 18.7mp FF and 8.3mp crop frame?

By area proportion it would be like that. It's just an idea, for the FF mode would be Ok the 8MP aps-c equiv. is rubbish. That was my crystal ball exercise this week. It seems a little foggy this ball.
