GF1 + 20mm + 8X Macro-Effect Camera Lens Filter

Hello,

I've just received my filter for close up from dealextreme ($8).

The result is not as cheap as the filter (that looks rather nicely built and fit without problem the 20mm) :

Yes, the white or grey on this Buddha is dust...
I will try to find a better model

Strange... there is no area of that 1st flower image that is in focus... ??

A few days ago I started a "macro-filter-on-20mm" thread with images that really show the kind of super-smooth blur AND critical sharpness you can get with a relatively cheap add-on Macro filter. Works great on the 14-45mm, too!

To the OP: due to the super-narrow in-focus area, it helps to use a tripod.

I try'd my raynox 250 on the 20mm but i didnt like the results.
