I'm a bit of a McLaren fan :)
That rain adds a real nice touch. And, it even looks like there is some extra blur in the green car!
That would stand to reason. It appears he was panning with Kimi in the McLaren, who at that instant was probably closing in on Weber in the Jag like he was standing still. So he would have been over-panning, relative to the Jag -- causing the additional blur.

I think Jenson is a red herring. Kimi may want too much money. If I were McLaren I would allow him to do rallies or give him too much room on the leash, so to speak. I'm a huge Kimi fan but I believe he has to get back to work.

Personally, I'd like to see Heidfeld or Rosberg. Lewis (a distant cousin of mine) needs someone to run him down :)

Cheers!

So, to go OT for a minute ...

Who do you think Lewis will have for a teammate next year -- Kimi or Jenson?

Well, if I am up-to-date on my F1 rumors lately, Rosberg is already locked in at Brawn, in a ride swap with Barrichello going to Williams.

But I think there would be some delicious irony if Heidfeld were to get the ride at McLaren, instead of Kimi. If I remember correctly, Heidfeld was a little miffed back in the day when Kimi got Coulthard's seat at McLaren. Seems Nick felt he was the more worthy candidate, what with Kimi being so inexperienced at the time, and all that.

Personally, I don't think Heidfeld is really the right guy if the object is to find someone capable of pushing Hamilton harder than Kovalainen has been able to. Nor do I believe he is the personality type to willingly accept a clear #2 position within the team. But then again, Mercedes might push to have a German driver on the team this year, and with Rosberg unavailable ...

And then there have been the rumblings that Michael Schumacher might be willing to flush his marriage down the toilet in order to attempt a comeback in F1. And with no current openings at Ferrari, I suspect Mercedes would be thrilled to have him driving for them again, if they could come up with enough money to get him a seat in the McLaren. Hmmmm, let's see-- if I wanted a German driver, and I had a choice between Heidfeld and M. Schumacher ...

Aahhh, the F1 soap opera. :)

Cheers!

I don't think McLaren has a #2 strategy but I'm afraid you may be right about Quick Nick.

Hopefully its Kimi. I think he and Lewis will show that Brawn just got very lucky :)

Schumacher and Hamilton would be amazing!

Cheers!
