Best place to buy the HVL-F1000?

Any suggestions? Been waiting on B&H to get them in stock for a while now.

If you don't need it immediately, you might try Dell. Sometimes they deliver in a few days, sometimes in a few months. I got mine in 3 days. Others waited 3 months. Dell usually runs specials too. Right now the flash is around $97, but within a week or 2 there will be a 10% off sale and you can get it for $89. Sometimes they even throw in free shipping. I got mine from them for $83, incl s&h.

I've been looking for the flash also and everywhere seems to be outof stock for a while. So I went on E-Bay and alot of people are selling them brand new still sealed. I just bidded on one so hopefully I'll get it. The winning prices are usually around 75-80, cheaper than the stores.

Got mine from eBay two weeks ago. Shipped USPS in three days across the country. Price was $86 which is what the selling price is usually. I saw some go for as little as $76. But don't forget that eBay sellers generally over charge for shipping. I paid $9 S&H plus $2.50 insurance and the package actually showed only $5.25 postage. It was worth it after dealing with Dell.com and buy.com and having to cancel orders for both due to products being out of stock when advertised in stock.

PS - I love this flash. Still getting used to the difference with it on my 707 after using the on-board for almost a year.
