*** Mini Challenge #239 - Mood (NO PEOPLE) ***

Thank you so much Nick & Colleen for your kind comments.

Indeed, Nick, there is a contrast between #1 & #2 like the contrast between death & new life & that's why I prefered this couple.

Your comment, Colleen, regarding #2 is correct & that's why I chose it as a balance to #1

best regards to both of you

A good, varied set, Jim. #1 is Peaceful and beautiful. #2 is a sad capture..he really does look pathetic there..I hope he usually looks happier! #3 looks like a nice area to be abandoned in. Your exhibition shot is too funny :-D

Colleen

You don't have to replace Wistful with Hopeful. :D

Without that statue, the scene would be nothing and without scene, statue would be nothing. They belong together. Whoever put that statue there did know that they were doing. :)

That's what I thought..good place for a statue :-D

Thanks..I'll keep Wistful as an entry then.

Very nice three, the second on does convey fear
and I like that first one, and glad it stays for the mini.

I like them all but this one really conveys the mood.

I like them all Sueanne.

In #1 I like the way the picnic table is off on its own across from everything else.

The flowers are beautiful, nicely done.

Great winter theme photos. #2 looks so inviting, what a beautiful setting.

They do seem to overdo it with the bars in #2, don't they!..makes me wonder if they've been broken into a lot. Thanks for the nice comment..I'm glad Jyrki heard my case about #1 :-)

Colleen

Great set, Sue Anne. The first one makes me think of an old commercial in Canada, where they make you feel sorry for a lonely inanimate object..you nailed it!! #2 is a perfect shot for moody, the your romantic flowers are lovely.
