The play videos option does not work at all. If I double-click on the video file, it refers me to an external player.

If I select "edit movie", I get a message that this function cannot work on my current version of Windows. Tells me I need at least XP. This is what I'm running, with up to date service pack etc. My PC processor is an Intel Core2 Duo. I have 2Gig Ram.

I've tried uninstalling ZB, in fact all the Canon utilities on the disc, and re-installing all the programs on the disc again.

Done the usual PC re-start etc. Still no luck. My friend installed ZB on his Vista run laptop. No problems at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards
Ronnie.

My friend has now installed ZB from my disc on his PC as well. Also runs XP, and he has no problem with the same video from my 7D.

So it appears that ZB has a problem with my XP OS.

So, any help from the computer bofs out there will be appreciated.

A long shot...

I had problems with zoombrowser video and it was due to my cellphone-program. When I uninstalled that everything went back to normal. It was a Samsung-phone and I think the program was called 3S.

ZB played the videos from my powershot, but the colours were weird.

Thanks Phil.

As mentioned to the previous poster, I do have AVS, but wanted to check out ZB as well.

Just surprised that it wont work. Seems to be a Windows problem. I have no idea. Was hoping some of the computer guys could help find the problem.

Ronnie.
Qucktime will play them.
