. Panasonic DMC FS62
. Panasonic DMC LZ8

The fz7 has an evf in addition to the lcd for framing. If that is important I would look for a fz18.

Thanks for the suggestion just now i heard that Pana LZ10 is in Stock which is 10mp Camera with IA mode.

Actually i am looking for a compact 10mp Camera with IA and I.O.S with good Image clarity, light weight.

i checked few blogs and flickr LZ10 Pool too it seems the camera performance is not so good in Low light cond. other than that LZ10 has all the qualities which i am looking for.

I need your feedback on Low light Performance of LZ10

..the FZ 7 is probably the best camera, but it isn't "compact" as in pocket size, o fthe other 2, the FS 62 is probably going to be better than the LZ8/10.

...and check out the comments , unfortunately there aren't any for the FS62 because it is just new, but there are for the LZ 8&10 as well as FZ 8 , which was the successor to Fz7 & they are both well regarded, just not compact thats all...

• for what its worth, friends of ours used an FS 3 fro their last trip & were very happy for it as a snap shooter, just not sure about low light pics but panny has been improving lately ....so in summary , probably the fs62 , try & take a memory card to the camera shop & try it out if you can ! good luck

Thanks i think FS62 is best as they are new but they are 70$ more than my budget but anyways ll go for the best one..
