Yes, it is f/2.8 at all focal lengths.

Nice shooting Anton! I love the whole frosty series but the shot of the road wending its way toward the trees and farmhouse and the last one are my favourites in that order! For me the winding road disappearing in the distance is the main subject and so I don't feel anything is missing! The water shot with the small dock reminds me of a canoe landing spot I used several times many years ago!
