I see that yet again, Norway is ranked the best place to live in the world.
I'm not surprised. Scandinavia has the best social programmes around, plus a great standard of living, etc.
Canada (where I reside) gained top spot for several years back in the 90's...but we've slipped recently...as our politics have become somewhat more right-wing, and as a society we've developed a kind of mean/nasty psycho-social persona. Which is a shame in my opinon.
