I usually tell a person once directly that they are on my s-list and why. I didn't for you, so I will now tell you why. You are a very new member to this forum and don't know what's going on with this topic yet you choose to bloviate about it and add a provoking post too. Obvously I don't see that you will be around for long since your main focus is to provoke. Now I made it official troll.

I don't know Sal like the others on this forum but I never seen any of his post that required a ban. It reminds me of the football player that gives the second push and gets the penalty. I have had it out with a few on some of the other forums over the years but never been banned so far but probably could have. That complaint button reminds me of telling the teacher or Mommy on you. If I have a problem with someone I don't need Phil to settle it for me. One of the main reasons I like retouching is the people that post here, they are helpful, have a good sense of humor and not smart (you know what) like some of the other forums attract. I don't know if it was a photo or something Sal said that got him banned so I can't make a fair judgment but only to wish you all the best Sal and hope to see you soon. --

He uses numerous logon names, of which 3 of them are now banned permanently, with only one being left. Natureman, Colossus, and Adverse Camber are now all banned, with Natureman being banned in late August.

He uses numerous logon names, of which 3 of them are now banned permanently, with only one being left. Natureman, Colossus, and Adverse Camber are now all banned, with Natureman being banned in late August.
Given enough time, (as has become evident to some of you) he will indeed start trolling the forums looking for trouble, which is what he does. I noticed him the other day when he jumped into one of my posts, and immediately noticed his joining date. It coincides with Natureman's ban. So, I am watching him very carefully also. He is trying right now to be different in his posting patterns, but it was a dead giveaway when he posted in my thread.
Anyway, be alert to him, as you have already seen. He likes to stir it up, but he won't last long.
EDIT: When you see him post rude, trolling, or bating posts, do as I have done, and simply report him. I even ask them to check his ISP provider against some of those recently banned. It is the only way to deal with these types of members whose sole purpose is to create hardships in the forums.

no, you are wrong. I have no interest in your previous accounts. My only wish is that you become productive and civil, instead of baiting, trolling and downright obnoxious. That is all I ask, and that is all we deserve in these forums that are for those who want to learn and share their knowledge of Photography.

That feature is totally ridiculous and worthless. It allows the ignored member to post away with their ridiculous antics, and makes the good people just ignore their behavior. A better option is to allow the members here to BLOCK those who they do not responding to them. If a member gets blocked by many people and that person can not respond, then the members have controlled the forums themselves and will be able to weed out those who wish to cause trouble.

so your problem is not that you may see something that offends you, because if you were to ignore the used you would not see anymore the posts that may not be your cup of tea... but rather you feel the need to impose your view on them, and get them "banned" or "blocked" so everyone gets conformed to your point of you.
