It's OK, but there's too much distraction around the edges for me.
And what is the curved line in the top center ?

Hi. To be a little OT, but do you know where I can find more info on the roaster. I'm using a Hearthware-roaster myself but I'm looking for a roaster with a somewhat higher capacity and I'm guessing your roaster might provide a slightly more even roast as well.
Thanks in advance.
Anders.

it's about the equipment not the photo this time :)

The company does have a web presence and several of the online green bean retailers handle the unit also. It has a capacity of 9 Oz. I have used a Hearth Ware unit as well.. this one does throw off a good bit of smoke so be sure your vent hood is up to it :)

Hi Kevin

Nothing like a fresh brewed cuppa! I'm hardly a coffee aficionado but have ground my own a fora long time. How long does it take to roast the green coffee beans?
My coffee is still not as good as at the Cuban Cafe down the street.
Enjoy

Hey Kevin,

Perfect timing... I just made some Haggen-D'offee for Tomoko and myself.

Fresh ground Kauai bean double espressos and a scoop of Haagen Dazs "Five" Coffee. MMMmmmmm...

Boris, that's funny. When bunch of us go camping (anually) one friend insists on dragging in Folgers.....and we tease him relentlessly, as we insist that it's only good for warming up our cups.
