What noise removal software is everyone using?

I am looking to purchase a noise removal program to help enhance some of my high iso images. Could someone please recommend a good program with a fairly easy interface to understand? I read an online review that stated Noiseware and Noise ninja were both good programs. Thanks for your help!

There are quite a few very good programs. In addition to the two you mentioned:
  • Topaz Denoise
  • Neat Image
  • Nik Dfine
My personal favorite is Topaz Denoise but it is very slow.
 
Agreed Topaz DeNoise is great, but slow. I like Neat image for a quick job.
 
I used Neat Image for a couple of years, but recently switched to Imagenomic Noiseware and find it superior in removing noise while retaining detail in the areas I don't mask. You can get free trial versions of those two and Noise Ninja and see which you prefer.

Are most of these products downloads or can you purchase the physical product? I know on the Ninja website it appears their software is a download.

Currently Nik D-Fine 2, also have Topaz De-Noise and have used Noise Ninja and Neat Image.

I use Neat Image. I have been pleased with the performance but have not tried any other software to make comparisons. One feature it lacks is the ability to selectively apply noise reduction to only part of the image.
 
I have Noise Ninja, which produces relatively good results.

If the noise on my image is not too widespread, I find one of the best and easiest methods is to select the effected area and apply a slight Guassian Blur. Usually a setting of between 1.5 - 2.8 pixels works for me, without causing any adverse or unwanted changes to the image. It is VERY useful for blue skies.

I guess that really proves how dumb I am. I don't have a problem with noise on my cameras in general. If I get up too high on iso especially in low light, there is excessive noise, but when I get there, any noise reduction program I have tried makes the images worse in all other respects if you set it up to take out the noise. So I have finally decided to accept the limitations of my equipment and feel lucky to have what I do compared to the years I somehow managed to live with asa 25 and 64 film and got really excited at first when they came out with 400 film. I did use black and white pushed to 1600 and got interesting results, but you don't want to think about the grain though.
 
Downsizing an image reduces noise.
Even at ISO 1600 there is little noise.
I almost never use noise reduction software.
