this is probably when my love affair wth italy began, after a long day travelling we arrived in our hotel in st agata went to our room opened the blinds and this is literally the view from our room looking down on sorrento across the bay of naples to vesuvius brooding in tne distance, what an introduction to your beautiful country. my pic does not do this view justice. absolutely green with envy of you!, lol slim.

 
Gorgeous, But in Italy it is known that the south is always poorer ( like in every country) than the productive North... Areas around the lake region - Garda, Como, the dolomites - Trentino - Alto Adige, down to Verona, bologna, Genoa, Milano, firenze, Venezia etc - are much more picturesque with thousands of castles n the hills , skiing aeas - have you gone to visit Madonna Di Campiglio, about less than an hour from the Riva di Garda town on the northern tip of the lake? In europe is is called the GardaSea - it is the largest lake in Europe and one of the largest and most picturesque in the world - 60 mi long and 6 mi wide at the widest part

and about 350 m deep... The areas in Toscany ( i dont know if you been to toscany, towns like St Gemignano and Cinque Terre - if you go there you would flip your mind !! It is so gorgeous that i ran out of english adjectives !!! ;).... Well, buddy, I am glad that you fell in love with my places, it is impossible not to !!! And i hope you enjoyed the great wines and food which is out of this world too, and the gorgeous ladies as well !!! Are not they cute there?? :D

sal, we have toured parts of tuscany, i walked all the cinque terre while we were there, slim

i tried the simpler of them and failed.. peopled stopped to see what i was doing and I gave up !!! But I love your effort ! !!!!

Dear Ray! As i said in my previous post here , I cannot even attempt to make it more better than it is in my heart and mind, so I am afraid to do injustice to the most gorgeous places on the globe and in my soul ! I leave it to the masters better and more serious than me to do it justice ! And if not , at least it is not my fault !! I am really attached to the Garda Lake region and do not want to p-iss the Gods of the area off !!! I loved your retouch ! Very creative thnking as you always are doing so very very well !! Regards to family and be well my good friend !

I have used the concept of unfinshed work before and your image seemed to be just right for the same application.
