7D availability in France ?

Yes very frustrating but when you see Uk prices you can wait few more days.
the 29th September the 7d will be in France (I hope )
 
I know for sure that FNAC has ordered 500 EOS 7D body-only units expected next week. I don't know about kit volumes though, nor do I know if these figures are for Ile-de-France only or nation-wide.

When you say "next week", you want say "this week" or the October 5th ?

I pre-ordered the 7D, 3 weeks ago. I'm waiting for news from Fnac :)
 
I meant this week, starting Sep. 28th, since I typed the message on sunday. I should have more info in the coming hours / days (but they're slow).
 
I'm an English guy in France as well. Looking at the current pricing, it's about 1760 euro for the 7D in France for the body - has anybody found anything better from one of the main stores or websites? In Germany, it seems to be about 160 euro cheaper from what I've seen.

We're still a long way behind the USA as looking at the current price in the States, it's about 1100 euro. :-(

your price doesn't include customs fees nor VAT, it's more like 1500 at the end.

I live in France too and look forward Germany or Luxembourg for the best prices. For now, it's 1650€ in Germany

Anyone has some news ? I tried again to call fnac but "all lines are unavailable". 0.15€ by minutes, I think I will try later in the week...
 
Finally someone answer me at Fnac. He had no idea for livraison date. He hopes a livraison for the end of the week. He said that aparently there are 224 persons'pre-orders on 500 canon' orders.
 
Yes, they have been sent yesterday, and most FNAC have been delivered today (sorry for the delay, I was at work).

Darty has received them today. Because of the limited amount of bodies they will likely not be present in every shop, but you can order on darty.com from tomorrow, or ask to a shop to get you one.
