Can Someone Edit the Blue Jeans Out of This Picture?

This is my son's girlfriends little Pom that died last week. She's had Button's since she was a baby..about 13yrs.

I'd like to make her a little something using this picture, but I'd like the blue jeans removed from the background..and maybe her eyes fixed.

Seems I always come here begging..but I know you folks do wonderful work!

Great extraction Sam, those hairs on the ears must have been tricky.
The eyes look so good too

WOW..WOW...and WOW!!! I've been gone almost all day and just now got a chance to check back here! I knew if it could be done...here was the place to get it done!!!

I'm thrilled! I can start on the little card/memorial tomorrow!!!!
