Adorama return policy question.

What they mean by 14 days? From the day receiving the order or from the day the order was placed? Or simply, do I have 14 days to try the merchandise and after that ship it back to Adorama? Anyone knows?

I never had expiriance with Adorama. But i know there are people that can help
 
Why not try calling them during their listed business hours?

Seems to me the absolute best way (and the only way) to get your answer.

I suspect it have to be under 14 days from the date of your invoice.
BUT, having said that why do you not wish to keep the product ?
IF you did not want it WHY buy it ?
I can understand an exchange if the product is faulty. BUT a RETURN ?
Shouldn't people do their research before they buy the product ?
Do you do this often ? .............

If you go into Home Depot and someone offers to help you and he is not an employee, you are in Canada :-)
 
Don't worry about it. I have done a lot of business with them and they are great about returns. As long as you have not had the item over 14 days I have found they always credit me.

You have 14 days from the day you receive it....and if your over by a day or two...we'll let it slide.
