Thanks Jim, those two are certainly likeable, especially the mysterious cat.Saw the cat on the window ledge above my bed . . . .
Sorry, should have said "any camera".Does it have to have been taken with a Panasonic?
Thanks Jim, I wish I had planned it that way!Mike, your shot is great. I have never seen a narrowboat go so fast. If a gale had been blowing everyone's hair back to the right it would have been even better!
I agree, it's a once-in-a-lifetime shot!.
This image was taken with a Kodak V1073 pocket cam. . . . . .
LOL . . . they don't appreciate you like we do over here . . . .There is a group on flickr with this sort of theme (there are probably 100 groups on flickr with this sort of theme). It is called "Your photo isn't all that great":

I tried posting one to it once but either it wasn't good enough or it wasn't bad enough (probably both). . . . .
Friendly kind of shot, is it you? Here is mine: . . . .
Looks like a good example of framing that somehow draws you into it, breaking all the rules . . .I took a shot from the hip without having the time to zoom out (LX3) focus, as they were just passing by.
Yes, the lips are in focus but the hand isn't . . .First, I was covering a town hall meeting with Colorado Governor Bill Ritter for my blog. I was shooting indoors without flash with my FZ28. The Governor, well, talks with his hands a lot.
I love heat haze, I remember a road scene with cars showed by Entropius here a while ago. Very atmospheric.Next, I was sneaking around the local railroad yard looking for interesting rail pics. It was a very hot day . . . .
