10.2 / USB Hub /CS IV

My Nikon Coolscan IV is connected via a Belkin 4 port USB hub and has stopped working since I went to Jagwire, it worked OK in 10.1.5. Apple System Profiler does not see the scanner. It still works in Jagwire if directly connected to my Cube’s USB ports. Nikon Scan 3.1.3 works OK too. Does Jagwire not work through USB hubs?

Hi Meggy,

You didn't mention whether or not the USB hub was powered or not (may or may not be relevant). My Canon flatbed scanner works fine with JAGUAR through a powered hub as doe several other peripherals.

Hi Phil,
Yes it's a powered hub, the only thing I changed was to update to 10.2 .

The cube takes up one USB channel solely for the speakers so everything else is on the other USB channel. But it did work in 10.1.5 .
I'll see if 10.2.1 fixes it later.
