Regards Alan, :P

some good pics coming out of that cam. well done. Does it suffer from shutterlag at all . Hope you get chance to show some indoor family type shots at some point .

I must admit i've often being tempted to get rid of the dslr's and get the s100fs and now the s200exr instead but scared i miss the low noise high iso of the D90 when doing weddings . I only do 3 or 4 a year from recommendations from past clients cheers Paul UK ps keep up the good work

The pictures looks very nice.
What value did you set for contrast?
It would be nice to try a DR800 with contrast set to maximum.

For the ppl wondering why Fuji used a sensor only 1/1.6 in S200EXR and in S100FS a 2/3: it is not a downgrade EXR sensor have actually much more complicated electronics than the normal one.Fuji did not gave any details about practical implementation. The 2/3 sensor from S100FS is somehow EXR but remember that you are not able to use any ISO you want when you are using DR (you need to set minimum ISO to 400 for DR 400 on s100fs) and also you can only select provia as color mode when using DR on S100FS.

It is clear that Fuji is working at the EXR sensor and is very possibile that in the future they will release a camera with 2/3 sensor and better EXR mode.

In S200EXR you also have the possibility to capture RAW pictures with DR mode enabled ,is that right?

1/1.6 to 2 / 3 the number remains the downgrade ..

though perhaps the quality I could not decide whether these changes affect the image quality between s200exr and s100fs

but if i looked comparison sample from F200exr (my assumption sensor and processor size is same with S200exr) compared with the S100fs in http://www.imaging-resource.com , personally I feel more like the picture quality (especially in terms of noise) seems more OK in S100FS ..
yes i know the lens in F200exr absolulty different than S200exr ,

but at least its size sensor, the processor looks identical between F200 with S200..dont know this right or no =D
