There's way too much clutter. Her arm almost merges with the background.
If you want to make something out of her reflection in the mirror, you will have to crop a lot closer and try to put the door jamb on the edge to frame her on that side. If you wanted to show off the dress instead, then you should not have cut off the bottom.
Hello Ray,
Another nice shot and a nice young lady. I like it - here's a retouch. Sepia toned and brought back the red in the dress and her beautiful blue eyes - as well as cropped it slightly and took away some of the distractions.

Don't know if you'll like it or not !!

If it seems too good to be true - then it isn't. If you cannot believe your eyes - then don't.

her hand is awkward.
Since this is a lighting forum, I have to say I like the light quite a bit. I do feel that there is way too much white space to the right. I red some where about jus showing an edge of a woman's hand instead of broad side because it is not as delicate. These are more critiques relative to composition instead of the light.
Let me reiterate the lighting is very nice.

Photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas. It is a creative art.

I will not talk about the pose or compositiion as that has been covered.
The lighting is soft and wraps well.
I does seem to lack some contrast though.
The wall however, on my monitor at least, is too hot.
It needs to be burned down or cropped away as it does not seem to add any interest. OTOH, the great expanse of white would be the perfect place for advertising text, if this was meant to be a stock image.

Hi Ray,
Yes - I thought it almost like a high key effect. I was going to vignette it in white to add to the effect.
