Supposed F717 Pic (resized)

We've talked about it all several years in a row now. :)
Yes, this is true, but since a while i am owning a quite good lighting meter
(Sekonics L-508). Interesting is that some cameras which i owned are
quite on par with it and other are showing differences.

Well, Phil could enlighten us here :)
I just wanted to get Pinhead excited for a change. :)
I already prepared something for you... But i am not sure about the
copyright aspect of a 3s clip :)
No, it's not as simple as taking the shot and putting it online,
but it's not all that difficult either. Depends on what sacrifices
you want to make, like with everything else.
True.

Andreas

You know me. I'm just getting warmed up. :-))
I love this. My second year here and I love the craziness that
gets stirred around here. It so hard to NOT get caught up in the
Sony fever....

Cheers Ulysses to another fun month or two or three.... It's been
a blast.

This is the first time around this block for a lot of the new guys.

I love seeing the excited tones in the posts, and being able to help put it in perspective from the point of view of a long-time user of Sony cameras. Well... it's fun. :)

And then you have the somewhat disappointed posts from guys who just haven't seen it all before.

What a forum!

Hi all

A while back ther was a test shoot between a 707, 5700, 602 etc. I've lost the link (although I'll find it again if I have to).
I noted down the shutter speeds of the shots and they were as follows:

Fuji 602 160ISO F8 1/105 sec
707 100ISO F8 1/160 sec
Nikon 5700 100ISO F8 1/113 sec
D7i 100ISO F8 1/125 sec
And from Phil's review
Fuji 160ISO F5 1/4 sec
G2 100ISO F5/1/6 sec

I've got a 6900 and I consistly found that Fuji100 is really more like 60.
It's one of the things I hate about the camera.

The 707 looks the fastest of the lot to me.
All the best
Ian

Thanks, now I can travel in peace
Hi Hatem,

Yes this is a funny thing. I have this mark under the 27th.
I have just called them (the given phone number on the photokina
homepage) and they told me that this mark has no importance.

So, there is nothing to worry about. You can visit the Photokina on
the day
which you want.

Regards,

Andreas

Hello,

I'd think it would be easier to hit a moving target with more wide angle than with more zoom. I want a little more wide angle for indoor shots.
