K-M recommended (just) ... show me yours...

Excellent series Richard. All really strong images IQ wise. You nailed the first one for sure the focus is spot on where it suppose to be. I do macro myself and know how hard it is to get it right as you did.

K-m looks as a really nice camera if i didn't need something like K20 i would have definitely go for it even though it has some limitations.. i must say for a basic camera its IQ is realy up there with the best, with improved AF, and in body SR it looks like a winner for first time DSLR owner or somebody looking for smaller sort of walk around 2nd body. U put it into good use for sure. Share more in the future and once again congrats on great images.
Thanks, the K-M is indeed very good in IQ but is not a substitute for my K20D.

I am so impressed by these examples... but as always the photographer plays such a big role, their eyes and skills can often make an average camera look great... So these wonderful shots are a testament to you both...

But the camera looks to be holding its own... I have definately decided the K7 is not in my immediate future, but a nice used KM may very well be... You can't argue with the IQ
The K-M is better then the specs on paper, i love mine al lot. If you get one for a good price then go for it :) Thanks for your post.

The difference in IQ between the K20D and K-M is not that large. Both can deliver stunning images but the K20D is much more "filmlike"at higher ISO's. The 10m CCD is more blotchy. At ISO 100 the 10m CCD is a little bit smoother though.
