Thank you Isun: Yes for me it is, You may try to load the curve in the camera and experience yourself and see the difference, you always can remove if you do not like it. My setting is D2X mode 1, brightness 0, and Contrast -1, Saturation+1. That with 24-70 2.8 lens (type of lens can make the difference based on contrast or color rendition for the particular glass you use). Regards: Oscar

Excellent! Shooting at f/2.8 is very interesting...
That kind of manual focus on my almost-2 granddaughter would be nearly impossible because she is so kinnetic!
