Quality - All in One - Camera/Camcorder?

Hi Gang:

Just wonder if anyone can recommend an 'all in one' digital camera/camcorder that shoots decent images and also records hi-def video? Something for travel/convenience. Being water resistant and something that fits in my pocket would be an extra bonus! Maybe I am pushing my luck!

I saw one by Sanyo, but it didn't appear to fair too well.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry, not HD but I'm sure Panasonic do an HD one too and Toshiba do a very slim camcorder but I don't think it's water resistant.
