I have a good friend and good photographer....he as bought Photoshop Elements and I am going to install it on his computer tomorrow. The problem I have is trying to help him operate it....he has only one arm...and I don't know how to
tell him to do some thing like the clone or healing brush with only one hand...
If you can help let me know...thanks in advance.....Robert

Maybe a wacom tablet is a good idea? This way he can setup some macro's to use with the key's on the tablet. This way he might be able to use 2 commands at the same time.

Or a tablet and a programmable keyboard, like the logitech g15...you can set muliple commands under one button.

In windows, there's also an onscreen keyboard...this way he is able to lock the command keys and use the wacom to clone...

to find the on screen (virtual) keyboard go...

On the Start menu:
Point to All Programs.
Point to Accessories.
Point to Accessibility.
Select On–Screen Keyboard.

if you click on alt, it stays active and you can select use it with just one arm....to clone with the mouse or pen!

Good luck!

if you don't like the windows virtual keyboard, here's a good alternative just for 15 quit...
