I like the 2nd one....although I'm wondering what it would look like with a little less sky-but it is very nice. (if I was dinking with it, I might even try cloning some mountains to fill it in more....one never knows when one gets to playing with this stuff)

The first one has the boat right in the middle of the pic, so I guess it's a composition thing with me more than anything.
 
The more I look at the 2nd pic...I take that cloning remark back....you wouldn't want to do that. I like the look. It has a nice feel.

The 2nd one is great, but the 1st one I don't like the glowing trees....looks like there is a forest fire coming lol ;-)
 
I agree, I very much like the second picture. The angle or slant of the photo is a bit steep for my taste, but it does add to the photo. Nice job.
