UZi and flowers :how good is it?

henry 1990,

These are good. Good exposure, sharp focus, and nice colors. Most of the compositions are nice. Are you doing any postprocessing on these? My flower shots need a bit of sharpening (sometimes a lot of sharpening)and I do not think sharpening would hurt any of these either. Flower shots are deceptive...they look so simple and easy, but getting a really superb flower macro is a challenge!

You did a great job on these.

Fine work, Henry. I tend to favor the shaded or diffuse light shots (#10, #12) but that being said even the full sun shots are very well controlled (#3 has great reds - across the range - which are tough to get). For fun, I'd try getting in even closer. Shooting less than the full flower and filling the frame with just color and texture can have surprising results. With your excellent focus and fine specimens, I'd like to see what you'd come up with...
And I'll second Sandman's advice (on just about anything for that matter [grin])

I really like the macro mode of UZi after these shots :) .Yeah, most of my pics were edited by photoshop 6.As you can see, some are real and some are unreal flowers(in front house of my parent in law).
Thanks Jimy
