It is possible .
I was curious and bored and did a little test. Next picture will show you, how 12-60 SWD perform with TC EC14, EC20, and tube EX25.
You can add all three to 12-60 and make a picture, but, (always is but), no aperture control (full open all the time), only manual focus and IS works. Pictures in RAW converted to JPG with CS3, direct out of camera, Crop and resizing only and photo merge. Yes text is added in Paint.
I took the pictures from the closest possible range, so, the magnification is the greatest one can get. E3 was on tripod with flash FL 50 (bounced), Anti shock 4 sec; ISO 100, remote control, IS off, manual focus with LV.
Very difficult to focus with two TC's and almost impossible with both TC's and EX25.
It have no practical value IMO, to use this combo. Two TC's EX25 combo works only on 60mm.
50-200 old and two TC's don't work due focus by wire. I presume 50-200 SWD will work and possibility for legacy lenses to work (I don't have any) is even better. I think you even can stop them down a little, because they has aperture ring, but you will not want to.
I made a mistake in picture above (one before last) with text 12mm + EC14+EC20+EX25. Should be 60mm + EX25.
