Closeup of the Big Boobed Woman

I think I used the Transform/Warp tool. I rarely use Liquify. I was not trying to inject "botox" but merely trying to close them and get rid of the snarl.
Nice one Roy-- nice job on the lips also-liquify filter???

i use the liquify filter a lot--transform- less-but I can't get an open mouth totally shut and not make it not look distorted with liquify.. Guess i will have to try transform for that!!!.. Any tips on closing mouthes all the way buddy????

you could use the polygonal tool around the top or bottom lip (or both) and Ctrl+J to a new layer. Then use the up and down arrows on your keyboard to close the lips. Add masks to tweak. Make sure you include the skin above and/or below the lips to make a seamless transition. You could also use the Transform tool to bring them together.

The Liquify filter tends to smudge the pixels vs. the Warp tool.

Never thought of using polygonal lasso and arrow keys for that --so I gave it a try.. Little rough for the first time,, but I can see it will work with a little practice..
Here is my try at closing the mouth-- well almost closed!!!
Thanks for the tip.

getting close. You also need to rotate the top lip a little to get rid of the snarl.

First thing you need to do is reduce the power on the two lights that are coming in from each side by a full stop. Not sure how your frontal light was setup? looks like one light up high and some type fill flash coming from the camera position, Or just fill flash coming from camera position. In either case your fill flash isn't strong enough to remove the racoon eyes and make them pop, it's also being over powered by the side lights.

She looks like shes standing directly in front of a wall and the side lights are also bouncing off that and creating the halo spilling on her face.

Chip is correct when he said she has a good face, she has great bone structure and with proper lighting and makeup she would make a nice addition to your portfolio...

Also shoot down on her instead of up and see how you like that.

You got to be kidding, tell me you are kidding, ain't you? If you are not I will have to tell you that there is not to much wrong with your model but your photography is outright criminal, the lighting is so bad it makes me shutter in my boots, the color balance is totally off and the placement of the lights is what makes your model look like the bride of Dracula. I bet you that this model would look beautiful in the right hands.

Natasha is not the one responsible for the photography (she's the makeup artist) so she can't be blamed for this but I agree that this shot is totally done wrong in every direction. ;-)

I agree that this could be a very beautiful model if she had a decent hairdo and the photographer had properly used the lighting, exposure and posing of the subject. It is a shame that the hair was blown out.

Here is my effort at retouching what was there. All work done in PaintShoipProPhoto X2, using curves and levels adjustment layers, denoising, highpass sharpening, PWL and addition of makeup via painting on a separate color layer and adjusting opacity to taste and using gaussian blur to blend. I also reduced the height of the top of the hair, straightened and cropped and added a little bit of vignette.

Poor Natasha, she'll never get any referals with a picture like that in her portfolio.

I like the lighting on this one.

Thanks Chip. I just wish I had been able to do more with the hair, but it was too blown out and thin. I tried to find an image to use for replacement, but was unable to find anything that I felt would work.
