Anyone think there might now be a market for a hybrid flash/video light, given the multiple use of the new Canons for both photos and video.

I was thinking of mounting a small LED flashlight (or two?) onto my 580EXII, has anyone already done something similar?
 
Specifically for the new Canons cameras? ie 5DmkII, sx1is, sx10is...?

And will probably need firmware updates to support.

There are plenty of stand alone video lights available already. Commercially made as well as Do-It-Yourself. But I have never seen a good Flash/Video light and system. Video lights require a bit more power. Most people shooting video don't even like the video lights mounted on cameras. They don't like the 'headlights in the deer's eye" look. Just my opinion.
