First shot would be really great if the rope had similar tonality to that shown in the second shot (which is also quite nice.)

Second last shot is the cream of this crop ... the fisherman and the net have the perfect contrast ratio ... it's really superb. Consider lightening the top left corner to make the darker netting less competitive with the fisherman.

I grew up at the mouth of the Fraser River in B.C and spent a lot of time on and around the water and really miss it. We are planning on moving to Vancouver Island B.C and be around the water. Where I live here in the U.S. it's wheat land and no water. Well they have a "lake" here but we had a pond on our farm almost as big as this "lake". I've been here a year and it's time to move back. :-)
