***Mini-Challenge #203 - Creative Eye Continued***

Just got back to discover that it is too late to comment on many new entries! ..and so many are fantastic...I don't envy Zermelo..

Also just want to say thanks for the kind comments on my pics...and to let Al and Deb know that I did indeed stand on the dock and take the pictures straight down...some of the pics have my shadow in them...all I did to bring out the color is to increase the shadows in Picasa...it surprized me how well they turned out...here is a pic from a distance..these things were huge and did not encourage any swimming!

... I just wanted to say that I love your entries, #2 in particular. It looks like an oil painting and is absolutely beautiful! How did you do it?

Ami, the first one is similar to my #1 entry, but much, much better! I like the raven shot too.

  1. 1 I love the colors and the perspective. #2 is my favorite with the soothing colors behind the frosted glass - beautiful capture!

Thank you for the encouraging comments and helpful critique. Yes, it is beautiful to wander out on a sunny, snowy day. I appreciate the suggestions for the snow globe picture, and have included a crop. I also tried to get rid of some of the glare behind her head.

I agree with what Colleen said about your entries. #2 is beautiful!

Thank for the nice comments. I did the 2. picture with 2 different software. One is called Artweaver, a stand alone and the other one is Paintengine, a plug-in for Photoshop.
