Well, technically, I did order a second one online because the price was cheaper than in store and the only way to get the cheap price was to go home, order it, then return to the store to pick it up.

I usually buy expensive or specialised photo items from busineses who are both on-line and in-store, i.e. with people to talk to. I usually buy consumables from prime on-line stores.
