Nice portrait of a very expressive and weathered face. I applied Topaz Adjust, Levels, Curves, PWL, USM, Sepia Tone, vignette and simple frame.

Thanks Lutz,

I used a bit of all sorts. It was all done with CS3, ie dodge and burn, levels, unsharp, the only plugin I used was Nik software color efex pro and the tonal contrast filter.
