Would it be a problem if I got a 2100uzi using NTSC from US and used it in the UK.

I'm finding it hard not to get a cam from the US, works out cheaper then the UK
 
You can still connect it to a TV, but you would have to get an NTSC - Pal converter...would be easier to just download...create a CD and display on a DVD player that displays jpgs.

The other thing would be the use of the power converter...that would not work...so you would have to always use batteries to connect to the computer or use a card reader.

Then there is the warranty as Juli pointed out.

You will have no warranty at all. Olympus call that gray market and they warn people about this on their web site. they will not honnor warranty on USA camera in other country than USA.
