1. What places not to miss in GNP ?
The entire park is spectacular. There is no bad location. For
starters, this site gives a ton of info and images:

http://www.parkcamper.com/Glacier-National-Park/Glacier-National-Park.htm

The east side is more spectacular and windy. It's also drier. The
prarie rushes right up into the mountains. The west side gets more
moisture due to the pacific influence. You will find bigger trees and
many different species and more greenery (Fish Creek campground,
Apgar campground, Avalance campground). All areas of the park are
full of water, with over 600 lakes. Do not forget the amazing Flath
river whichhas two forks bordering the park, the north fork and the
middle fork. Both are spectacular.

"Must see":

Lake McDonald(Going to the Sun and points north)

St. Mary Lake(Going to the Sun Road)

I enjoyed the commercial boat trip on St Mary's Lake. It gives you a little bit different perspective on the glacial valley on the east side. Earlier in the day is probably more feasible as the boats don't run if the wind picks up which it frequently does in the afternoons. Also the mountains surrounding the lake have better lighting in the morning.

4. What lenes I should carry there in GNP?

I have 50 f1.4, 17-55,80-200 and 300 f4.
Definitely the 17-55. Second choice: 300 f/4 (good for bears, etc). Then third the 80-200. Fourth best: 50. If you can't get good images with your current lens line-up, then you should just quit photography :)

Sun Point should not be missed. It's my favorite spot. Looks rather like this:

Here is the Google map link:

It's on the shore of St. Mary Lake. A short hike (1/4 mile or so) from the parking lot gets you there.

There's a sheer cliff face there that is quite impressive. You'll need to hike up to a large open rocky area for the best spot. You'll know it when you see it.
