Rookie needs help with "frames" for F20SE

Hello,

I have a F20SE. I need to take some indoor pictures of myself for a fitness book. I can't believe it, but it's true, lol. So, I need to send the person who is putting the book out, two pictures of me.

I found a thread with settings for my camera, but I don't know what "frames" to set it at? My camera goes from 340- on up?

Please send help!

if your talking about the resolution setting set it on the highest 6f. i am assuming you are talking about the 341 photos you can get on a 1 gb card. then you can crop, adjust,etc. in software later. i have f20se also.
