I am using D 360L and like the camera, but I wish to update to the D520 the main reason being it has a zoom. I will be visiting the US in the next couple of weeks when I hope to purchase the D520. I am asking, as I live in Australia does anyone know or see any problems that I might have?

Warranty could be an issue. Not sure whether Oly Australia (or whatever they are there) whould honor the waranty on a camera purchased in the US.

They might treat it the way Olympus Americal treats what they call grey market cameras not purchased in the US.

Likely a search of Oly websites might give some info on this.

The video out on the American version of this camera is going to be NTSC only. I would have guessed you'd be PAL down there. So don't expect to display this on your TV.
