D300 flying from a cliff

Truly amazing! I would love to know how you did it. They are all so crisp, so sharp. Please share how you prepare for these kinds of shoots. I have no coordination at all, I can imagine me trying this and rocketing to the ground with one out of focus crash!

Exsposure -0,17 , Color Control Points on the face and on "wingsuit" to get more details
in shadows. Resized and sharpened for web.

When I did the shot we jumped from a 3000ft cliff in Norway. The wingsuits allow us to fly together for about a minute before opening our parachutes. I was wearing a special helmet with the D300 mounted on top with a homemade toungeswitch cable release in my mouth, taking the pictures with my tounge:-)

Most of the pictures on my website is shot with my old D200. Just upgraded about a month ago.
