One of my cats lying in the grass watchin the birds with me. The squirrel was photogenic and a few bird shots.

Thanks David, the squirrels are easy to get around here, they eat all my birdseed : )

Thanks Gary, I like it a lot but I'm still thinking about the 570. Once I start taking trips out of the yard to the fields and woods I'll get a better idea of what it can do.

Nice closeups. It's always worth waiting for the right time, to capture some good ones like that.
 
Actually I did have a start of a group photo but I didn't like it, wasn't a great shot and besides, the cat didn't want to get in the picture : )
