If you have a Mac...

How about Aperture? Are we able to use Aperture to manage Sigma Raw files too?

Hi, Leon,

It is very easy -- the readme file that is included in the download tell us what to do with it. It says:

"Simply copy X3F.qlgenerator into Library/QuickLook for your user or Library/QuickLook for all users of your computer. Thumbnails and previews should then be available for all .x3f files."

Once you do that, it lets you look what is inside of a raw file icon just by selecting it and tapping the space bar.

Good luck, Leon,

Phil

The download does not "manage" raw files, nor does it process them. It just lets us look inside of a raw file icon to get a preview of the image. That's what quick look does. All you do is to highlight the raw icon, tap your space bar, and get a look at the image. My images show up very coarsely, but at least I know what is in a Raw file before dragging it into the Sigma Raw processor.

I thought so myself, and seeing that it is by the same group, Corpus Callosum, I'm sure it is. I didn't realize it worked with Tiger as well, though.
