I have used the 2000e extensively. It is the 1.3 MP mono camera from Kodak. It is wonderful. I have made 20x24 inch prints that people thought were from large format film. No kidding. The only problem is some jaggie diagonals, which I hand retouch in PS for any exhibition work. I've seen files from the 760 and they look good. The pixels are smaller than the 2000e, and not as sharp, but no problems with diagonals and finer resolution for sure. Keep in mind that these cameras have a bit of red sensitivity bias. But that is like using a mild red filter. I'd love to have a 760 Mono, but it's just too expensive. Ask Jay at Kodak for some sample files. He sent some to me, but they were in a previous computer setup and I would have a hard time retrieving them. Best. TJ
I just posted a note to this forum with a link to a sample of a 1.3MP mono file taken with the 2000e mono Kodak camera. Oh. Here is it again: http://www.pbase.com/image/2383434/medium
