I'm thinking the XSI 450 must be a total disaster since a comprehensive review doesn't seem to be forthcoming. I've heard grumbleings about some issues but what could it be to hold up the review this long?

I believe it is a total disaster. I've hear rumors that when you try
to set the AF, the camera explodes, and covers the user with squid
ink. Apparently nobody has suffered life-threatening injuries, but a
lot of fine clothes have been ruined. Also, I have heard that when
the camera is dropped into water, it not only sinks, but it stops
working. I think Phil and Simon are trying to figure out how to put
this politely, and so it might take a few more weeks.

He's not joking, that really does happen. And it doesn't even make any sense, because it's a digital camera and shouldn't have any ink in it to begin with. Thats just how bad of a camera it is...I've hear rumors that when you try
to set the AF, the camera explodes, and covers the user with squid
ink.
