Taronga Zoo, Sydney - with Jimbob and Ron. Images in reply

or is it that you did want to somehow find fault with my work
Given his lack of positive response to the fantastic images you've posted here Lance, I can only assume like you that he's the type that likes to find fault.

In fact, since I've never seen him post any of his work for comment I have to assume that the only thing on this site that has more noise than him is a cheap phone camera.

As I said in JimBob's post, you and he must have Hands of Steel to
get sharp images hand held at the focal lengths and shutter speeds
you use.

And the K20D high ISO output is amazing.
Thank you for the nice comments and my "hands of steel" ;-)

Amazing work under what looks like less than ideal conditions.

I was going to talk about how much I envy the lens then I realised
that even with the best 300mm lens in the world I couldn't have
handheld those shots.

Now I just envy your talent.
Thank you very much for your very nice comments, but you are way too kind. Good shots are made easy with the K20D and DA*300 combo. ;-)

Thank you for taking the time to look and comment.

And I thought that your nick name had something to do with camera lenses but I see now that it is just a warning to people that you are antagonistic by nature and therefore a generally negative person. Sad really !!

I have to say Lance, even given your normally high standard these shots excel even it. You must be really pleased with the 20D and the 300 gives great results. Well done.

Thank you very much for your very kind comments, Ben's dad. Much appreciated.

I must say, though, that the K20D and DA*300 combo certainly makes it alot easier to get great shots.
