Labs doing Watercolor

Does anyone know of a good lab that turns digital images into watercolor prints. I have begun a new studio and would like some input from those who have experience with such labs. Thank you,

Exactly what are you wanting done?
Printed only, or do you want the watercolor or other painterly effects applied?
Do you want archival?
Do you want them sealed for protection?
High volume or high quality?

AlfaColor Lab is the best place to out source them, we do our own water coloring from scanned neg then send the file to the lab to get it printed.
