Hilary Clinton and her daughter Chelsea walking down my street

I was just foolin' around and d/l'd the 2nd pic. If you look at the histo. in CNX it is seriously over to the left!! Is there any significance to that??!!!! I thought all the way over to the left meant underexposed but I don't think I've ever seen any "underexposed" politician. Then, I checked it out with the high pass filter to see what blemishes might show up on her face. NONE!! That is one very serious makeup job she has. I look at some of the head shots I've taken and they all show "stuff" under the high pass filter. Not H.C.! And on that topic, I once shared an elevator ride with "a star of stage, screen, and television" who was equally "made up",if not moreso (read she put it on with a trowl and then had somebody do a skim coat over that). It would seem that people in the public eye go to great lengths to "look good".

I don't know but that pic makes me think of the movie "Clash of the Titans" for some reason; I think someone already said something along that line earlier.

at first i really thought you had found some intereting fact about the image when you mentioned histogram and high pass filters. Very funny comment!! "underexposed politicia"----that cracked me up. When you are selling your image to the public, when you are applying for a job and the employee is every single person you see everyday, you have to always look your best. overdoing make up is a thing i've seen many female politicians or former first ladies do very often. It's a mixture of being on tv, being relatively older than most female celebrities and trying to look as good while still acting their age and being elegant that drives them to be so made up all the time.
thanks for the comment, it was an interesting one

I think she looks quite good for her age! and having to campaign day and night. I give her lots of credit. How can you not like her? Personally I would like to see her and Obama on same ticket. Without the other I think the ticket won't be as aspiring but now I am getting into politics sorry

the snipers are there in that city trust me, If not then some other time. Its ashame what has happened to Philly

BRJR ....(LOL, some of us are quite satisfied as Hobbyists ..)

I am certain your camera will require a heavy duty sensor cleaning
after taking those shots of her, and all that crusted makeup.

I almost feel like I need to clean my display of mac notebook, just
to get rid of all that. Yuck!

As for politics, choices are really amazing - a 72 year old guy who
has a anger problem, a ex 1st lady who will say anything to get
nomination, and a elitist brother who has minimal expereince in
politics but delivers a very professional speech without substance.

In 2 years, we might be wishing we had Bush junior back.

Can we get a do-over???

she looked great...people complained about how make up she was wearing, but do u blame her ? she is in the public eye almost 24 hours a day 7 days a week. She has been applying for a job where its not only one HR manager thats going to make the decision to hire her, a board 300 million. The day i took this picture her and daughter chelsea were at Swarthmore College at 11am, at Haverford College at 2pm, at Drexel University at 3:45, and then took a break until 6:30 when she arrived at the Mayfair Diner. So very busy days of campaining can cause stress on a person, and yea a little make goes a long way. Female politicians, former first ladies, they have a tendency of over doing it a bit since they are a bit older. But she looks great for her age, and i think can do no wrong as a president, especially with our 42nd as her right hand man.

Did you take any pix of Bill? Can you use the merge tool in PS to merge both together to get Billhary? That's who is going to be running her presidency if she gets elected, anyway.

Gee, more Hillary bashing. How original of you.

I never gave a damn about the meter man until I was the man who had to read the meters.

What a dumb comment that is. Read this....
Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, would make me wish we had Jr. back.
A do-over is what we've been wishing for for eight years now. Our
national nightmare is almost over...
The "we" there, of course, referring to Americans tired of record
deficits, $3.50 gas and 4000 U.S. soldiers sent to their unnecessary
deaths by a pack of liars...
At least you won't have STUPID to choose, as in the last two
elections...
Is that falter, as in the Bush Iraqi war "policy," or falter, as in
the Bush economic "policy"?
....and thats just from this thread.

Should be even more original and bash Bush I guess ;)

Yawn.

Maybe not more original, but he certainly is more deserving...

My posts were a response to the IMMEDIATE flood of negative Hillary comments that the OP got when he posted him images.
The "we" there, of course, referring to Americans tired of record
deficits, $3.50 gas and 4000 U.S. soldiers sent to their unnecessary
deaths by a pack of liars...
And what, Mr. Fergus, qualifies as bashing in there? Could you point me to anything in that block that is untrue? Is gas NOT $3.50/gallon (when Clinton was in office, it was as low as $1 a gallon, remember?) Has he NOT sent 4,000 of our soldiers to their early and unnecessry deaths in Iraq? Do we not have record budget deficits--again, under yet another dumba** "conservative," "fiscally responsible" president?

It's not bashing, Mr. Fergus. It's statement of fact. It's not my fault Bush is such a terrible president that it is hard to distinguish the two.

You can return to your nap now; your eight year head in the sand nap...
