Is there any possibility to have a PC-SYNC connected Flash fired on the second Curtain?

Sure, it's CFn 8.

No.

That only works with a dedicated EX series flash connected through the hotshoe. You can simulate second curtain sync with a non-dedicated flash but it takes some expensive equipment like a Pocket Wizard MultiMax or Time Machine.
