Beautiful shot!
Although I've never been to America, I thought the mill looked very familiar. Then I remembered - it looks very much like the mill that was the subject of a PP competition on the Panny forum a few months ago.
A lot of the entries have disappeared from the thread but quite a few remain:

Yeah, that looks to be the same mill. It's located in Virginia just off of the scenic drive Blue Ridge Parkway.

35 years ago, I took a picture of the same mill from the same angle as your shot. I remember standing on a narrow wooded bridge that faced the mill. That was a beautiful place.
The camera was a twin lens reflex YashicaMat 124G. I still have the photo somewhere in my debris. haha.
Your shot has a dreamy atmosphere to it. Quite nice.
