It was the first real spring-like day today and my brother and I went searching for photos. We headed toward the Skagit Valley but the tulips were not out yet. Very late this year. We stopped in the tiny town of West Edison, population 8, and took some photos of old boats. Here's one. I had both my Canon 5D and my DP1 along with me. This is a DP1 shot.

Just a couple i shot through the window saturday night. Must say it stayed put with the flash. Not technicaly brilliant photos, but thought the camera handled it well.

Sd14.
150mm macro.
1/60 @5.6.
EF 500 DG Super flash.

I thought I'd join in since the sun is shining. Sorry for the subject - I went with what I could reach on foot and I'm still hopeless at getting ready for proper street shots (lovely group of people outside Dalton's bar again, but they're all blurred. Must keep trying!).

This is a recently redeveloped area of Hawick. The exposure is fully manual as I wanted to capture the water, and I have done no processing at all aside from saving half-size. This is precisely what came out of the DP1...

Yes, sprng for sure...nothing would gives more impression of than a nice field of Tulip...good catch :)
