Water Drop (2 imgs)

I like the second one especially. I've never tried that myself, but so many other people have done it. I still like looking though, it's almost like snow flakes, every single time it's different.

Mind sharing the tech data with us? I was fooling around last night doing the same thing using F16 and 1/3000 with my FL-50 and 14-54mm. The exposure was spot on (I love that flash!) but I wasn't able to get distinct droplets very well. I'm just wondering if my shutter speed was too fast.

Thanks.

Great shot and thanks so much for the settings you used. I have always wanted to try that shot and now I have some guidelines. I hope I can do it as good as yours.

Aren't they awesome, how they make perfectly round orbs between letting go and hitting a surface. I like both shots, the texture in the first one and the lovely blue in the 2nd.

Yeap, definitely there's nothing like the water physics!

Nice shots, specially the first!

Well, I just keep on trying different tap adjustments, and somehow with one of them I got that flow :D
